LT268/269 are Serial-Uart TFT Controller designed for small size MCU panels, integrated 32bit M4 MCU core. The main function is to provide Uart serial communication, so that the host computer MCU can easily transfer the content to be displayed to the TFT driver through simple command. LT268x internal hardware and program provide graphics processing function, can improve TFT display efficiency. LT268x supports small TFT panel with MCU interface, usually 3.5" or less, display resolution within 480*320 (HVGA), provide SPI or 8-bit parallel port MCU panel.
LT7689 is a high-performance Uart TFT panel Controller. Its internal combination of Levetop Semiconductor's 32bit MCU - LT32U03 and TFT Graphics Accelerator - LT768's core architecture. Its main function is to provide Uart serial communication, allowing the main MCU to easily show the pictures on TFT panel through simple instructions. The LT7689 supports The TFT display resolution can be from 320 x 240 (QVGA) to 1280 x 1024 (SXGA), supporting the RGB interface of 16/24bits.


LT768x are a series of high-performance LCD graphics acceleration display controller introduced by LeveTop after 32-bit MCU and capacitive touch controller. The resolution displayed can be supported by 320*240 (QVGA) to 1280*1024 (SXGA). The display supports the RGB interface of 16/18/24-bits. Its powerful display function is very suitable for use in electronic products with TFT LCD screen, such as home appliances, multi-function machines, industrial equipment, industrial control, electronic instruments, medical equipment, man-machine interface, testing equipment and other products.
The LT32U03 is a high performance 32 bit MCU. It contains a Cortex M4 core that can run up to 150MHz and includes a high-capacity 508KB flash memory, 256KB SRAM and 8KB high-speed instruction data sharing Cache. It also provides a variety of standard communication interfaces, including 3 sets of SPI, 3 sets of SCI (Uart), I2C, PWM, high precision 12-bit ADC, DAC output, USB interface, and multiple interrupt inputs and GPIO interfaces.


LT5926 and LT5928 are two low-cost, low-power blue tooth controller which integrated by 32bit MCU - LT32A01 or LT32U02 with 2.4GHz Bluetooth wireless transceiver. The bluetooth was integrated with transmitter, receiver, frequency synthesizer and GFSK modem. The power of transmitter is adjustable. The peripheral circuit is simple and only a few passive devices are needed. The maximum transmission power is up to -28 ~ +4dBm, when transmitting GFSK signal, and the receiving sensitivity is up to -85dBm.
LT6101 is a self capacitive touch key controller with extremely low consumption. It adopts LeveTop's patented capacitive touch key information detection technology, which can achieve very low dynamic power consumption and high precision of touch signal detection. Meanwhile, it can be used to replace mechanical keys, reduce contact loss, and optimize the appearance and texture of the product. LT6101 can not only work as a slave of external controller, but also as a independent mainframe.
